This is where we dive into your current business structure, decide where things could be going wrong, discuss improvements, your goals and your vision (short term and long term).

We will brainstorm, put in place the structure of your Business Growth Plan, and HOW we will move forward.

Monthly Catch-Ups

We will catch up every month so you are not left to do it alone! You will have Jess and the team on hand to keep you motivated and accountable. We will adapt your Business Growth Plan as we progress, sparking new ideas and inspiration along the way.

Action Taking and Mindset

Jess knows first-hand how a positive mindset makes all the difference. We will certainly work hard on the physical and practical action-taking, but Jess will always be your biggest cheerleader, easing your worries and stresses, while giving you confidence, reassurance and motivation.
